Half of your weight??? So you are at least 130 pounds overweight??? Don’t eat 4,000 calories a day, eat 1,500.

Say in one day you eat 2000 calories. In that same day you should do some exercise you are comfortable with that will burn that same amount if not more. Take how ever much you weigh and divide that number. That amount should be your daily water intake in ounces. Walking helps alot to as well as works on cardio.

An 30 minhour every day and im starting to do is exercise an 30 minhour.
An 30 minhour every day and eat healthy dont eat junk food and dont eat healthy on daily basis you dont work out all you wont see any weight loss hope this helps.
