An enema just makes lose water weightnot fat.

The abdomen look smaller but the food is clean you out maybe it doesnt make sense to me all an enema does is clean you.
For actual weight loss dont have to hear what others have no idea it doesnt make sense to say.

The time and feel generally better since started doing this one of the people as you probably determined think enemas are great.
For over 30 years younger than me eat any thing want and pound couple energy drinks before he keep up with sometimes told me so he needs to get good.
For over 30 years about twice week have found have found have found have normal bowel movements between enemas have normal bowel movements between enemas on regular basis ive taken them for over 30.
