    sweatsuit does no good, only causes you to lose water, then the next day you drink water and gain the weight back

    Anytime you exercise (doesn’t have to be before sleep) it speeds up your metabolism a bit. So yes, it would help. But it’s best not to exercise before you go to bed. Or so they say. I used to do aerobics before bed and it didn’t stop me from sleeping.
