I do a lot of cardio, out my weight loss stop a while ago. Do you think adding weights or strength training of some sorts will boost weight loss? I switch up my cardio alot, so I don’t think my body is just used to my cardio routine.

The strength training helps create or build muscles it will help you loose weight because more muscle burns more muscle burns more calories.

Weight training can also be a very good cardio workout. If you use low weights with high reps (15 - 20 per set) and move fast with little rest in between sets you will see this.
