Right now, I can think of:
-Starting out by walking in place

Check out this guy Darin Steen at - he has a TON of awesome workout programs.
To lose weight at home when I had a full time job I started taking 8 hour energy - trainer recommended it… and I lost like 16 pounds without doing anything really, which is a TON for me.

Try excercises that will help burn the most calories. Since you can’t go outside try jogging in place or doing jumping jacks. To lose weight you should also look at watching how many calories you take in. I read a good article today on starting a diet. I’ve added the link below.
