that seems like a lot a weight for a woman to lose in that amount of time. Judging from what I read about the biggest loser diet, your daily calorie intake is to be approximately 7 times your body weight, so judging by your caloric intake, I don’t think you’re too big Unless you’re very big, in which case, you may be eating too little calories. At a certain point, your body goes into “starvation mode” so if you don’t eat, your body won’t burn calories. I have even heard them mention this on the biggest loser before.
