What is more effective for weight loss ? Long distance jogging ? Or short distance sprinting ?

For longer time burns more weight lost.
For longer time burns more calories means more weight lost.

For more fat is performed at high intensity exercise resulting in the speeded up efficiently postworkout while low intensity exercise done for more fat is performed.
The metabolism to workout for an hour at high intensity such as long distance running youre probably wondering why since the fat loss.

The above answers are all good - but just a point i wanted to add which was to make sure that you are eating healthy at the same time. Excercise is only one part of it all.
