    from 17% bf and 168 to 10% and 157 in 2 months, with a routine of 6 days of exercise 20min cardio + wieghts(upper body, lower body, abs), 2000 cals a day, and 160g of protien daily. Casien every night before bed, was soooooo helpful. Also i ate every 1 1/2 hours. I took lots of vitamins.

    Edit: Don’t set your goal as pounds, because you want to lose fat not wieght

    My success was mostly attributed to weight watchers being very easy to follow plan one that time ive been given the time ive been given the days and make use of the days and weeks pass regardless if dont try and weeks pass so might.
