Mix it up each day would best so you body doesn’t get use to it. Or try change it up weekly. Try walking and jogging intervals too.

An hour of advanced tae bo! Not only are you raising your heart-rate but toning your abs, legs, rear, and arms.

The walking and jogging walking is less injury on your joints and jogging walking and leads to your fragile ligaments.

For your knees than the proper stretching and do the proper stretching and warmups any exercise is fine the jogging walking is.

I A hour of advanced taebo burns more calories…and u will see more results because you are involving all of the muscles.

Whatever u enjoy more.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. U cannot however choose spots for reduction.
This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.
