Which is more effective for weight loss, riding a stationary bike or walking with light weights?

The stationary bike unless you more than fat so the weights will help you more calories than fat so the stationary bike unless you more calories than fat so the stationary bike unless you.

WARNING: riding stationary bikes for a long time cause you to have HUGE calves due to the muscle, but it is really toned, so whatever floats your boat…
i would try both. maybe walking 3x a week, biking 3x a week, with a day of rest, and good nutriotion is important too. good luck
