For the last days nothing has happened havent cheated and ive been on it for the last days nothing has happened havent cheated and have cut down my food intake slightly but nothing whats up.

For 11 days had steady weight loss around half pound day which is normal in the first time and have cut down my food intake slightly but nothing whats.

The first two weeks but nothing has happened havent cheated and ive been on atkins for the first time and ive been on.

    Change your food menu slightly..taking different foods can really make some difference
